Oh My God is the second Japanese extended play released by (G)I-DLE. It is their first Japanese comeback since their first EP "LATATA". It was released on August 26, 2020.
Description[]
It includes the Japanese versions of their previous songs "Senorita", "Uh-Oh", "DUMDi DUMDi", and the title track "Oh My God". Additionally, it includes the original track "Tung-Tung (Empty)", which was written by Minnie.
Background and Release[]
Starting June 23, individual phrases were released teasing the upcoming "Oh My God" release. On June 29, it was confirmed officially that (G)I-DLE would be releasing the upcoming Japanese EP "Oh My God".
On July 10, jacket photos of their Japanese EP were released through their official website. The photos showed two different versions which were black and white, and black and red. Along with the teaser, a special site for the single was released.
Composition[]
As their previous songs "Senorita", "Uh-Oh", "Oh my god" and "DUMDi DUMDi" were all either written, composed, or arranged by member Soyeon, "Tung-Tung (Empty)" was solely composed by Minnie.
